Is the program really personalized?
Yes. Every plan starts from your body assessment, goals, equipment, and an in-app fitness test. Phase 1 is built around those numbers — but Phases 2–4 don't exist on day one. They're generated from your actual sets once you've trained, so the program follows your body, not a template.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Pick calisthenics during onboarding and we program around bodyweight, rings, pull-up bars, and resistance bands. Gym-goers get full barbell, dumbbell, and machine programming.
What if I get injured mid-program?
Flag the injury in the app. We swap movements that load the affected joint for ones that don't, then regenerate the rest of the phase so you keep your training block instead of restarting.
Can I switch from gym to calisthenics (or back)?
Yes, at any phase boundary. Your strength baseline carries over — we remap barbell movements to the closest skill family (or vice versa) so week 1 of the new path starts where you actually are.
How does the AI know what weight to recommend?
Week 1 uses your fitness test to estimate a 1-rep max for each lift. Every set you log (reps × weight × RPE) feeds back into that estimate. Recommendations sharpen each week — by Phase 2 it's using real data, not a guess.
What happens after week 12?
You get a recap with your strongest lifts, unlocked skills, and a readiness score. Pick a new goal and the next 12-week block generates from your new baseline — no reset, no starting over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from inside the app in two taps. No retention calls. You keep access until the end of your billing period, whether that's monthly or yearly.
Is my data private?
Your sets, body metrics, and food logs are encrypted at rest and never sold. We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve programming models — and you can opt out of that in Settings.
